With all the rain the first part of summer, this has been a rough season for gardening. I ordered heirloom seeds from seed savers exchange. Link here for information on this great organization that tries to preserve rare garden seeds
A few things coming in, but definitely not the killer garden I had hoped for.
We also missed strawberry picking at Schartner's farm because of their short picking season, which started late due to rain and ended early due to the smaller crop.
We did get in raspberry picking in Fryeburg and just caught the tale end of Blue Berry picking in Eaton. Have made strawberry jam and frozen the raspberries and blueberries for future jam making (once the current heat an humidity pass).
